Mixmag calls him a "stellar edits provider." Juno calls him the nu-disco don. Andy Buchan's music has been played by BBC 6 Music, Massive Attack's Daddy G and Horse Meat Disco, and the British National Library Sound Archive asked to add his back catalogue to their permanent collection.

In 2020 he launched Hot Gorilla Records, and the label moved fast: Juno Download number ones, multiple Traxsource Top 10s, four tracks in Beatport's Best of 2021. It also earned Hot Gorilla the support slot on The Brand New Heavies' sell-out UK tour, the same band playing two new dates at Boisdale in 2027.

First Floor Bar & Heated Garden Terrace

Nestled in Cabot Square and overlooking the fountain with the Canary Wharf skyline beyond, the first floor bar and heated garden terrace is a destination in its own right. Fine wines, premium spirits and expertly crafted cocktails, with a selection that covers everything from rare whiskies to classic and signature serves.
Pair your drink with Scottish cuisine, fresh seafood, steaks, burgers, pizzas and more. The bar hosts DJ nights Thursday through Saturday and brunch every Saturday and Sunday.
