Osibisa has criss-cross rhythms that explode with happiness.” - Nile Rodgers
Globally renowned as the founding fathers of Afro-rock, Osibisa bring a high-octane celebration of Ghana’s rich musical heritage to our stage.
Formed in London in 1969 by West African and Caribbean musicians led by the late Teddy Osei, the band forged a bold new sound blending rock, highlife, funk and Caribbean influences — becoming the first taste of African music for many UK audiences.
With joyous anthems like ‘Sunshine Day’, ‘Woyaya’ and ‘Music for Gong Gong’, their live shows remain legendary — a euphoric mix of uplifting rhythms, rip-roaring brass and irresistible grooves.
Enjoy a view overlooking the stage from our mezzanine restaurant.
