Enjoy afternoon Tea Time & Etiquette over light refreshments. Cut and Paste, & glitter beautiful valentines while sipping Hot Cocoa. Face Paint included along with themed art craft, singing, dancing, story time & more. Grab a friend, parent, grandparent, or sibling! Instructions, supplies, and mermaid photo op are provided.
