Join us at Frost Plaza for our November edition, rockFit Rewind, where we are partnering with TruFusion to lead a high-energy morning of movement where we’re bringing back the best of the 80s. Dust off your leg warmers and tease up your hair becasue we’re cranking up the classic synth-pop and retro workout beats to keep you moving, sweating, and smiling. Whether you're here for a killer workout, full-body wellness vibes, or just the nostalgic tunes, there's something for everyone. 
 
While this event, classes, and fair are FREE and open to all fitness levels, a ticket is required.

Entry and parking to rockFit is FREE for all ages and fitness level.
This is an outdoor event, rain or shine.
Outside food and beverages are not permitted.
*Guests can enhance their experience by joining us at Roca & Martillo from 10AM - 1PM for a special 3-Course Brunch only $25, that includes a complimentary mimosa for guests ages 21+. Brunch is not included with your free ticket however show this ticket to your server to redeem this special brunch offer, valid only on November 7, 2026.
