Poison, The Rat – 3 Year Anniversary show
They were only meant to play one show in November 2023 at the Corn Exchange, but the people have spoken: ‘where can we follow you on social media/stream the music’, ‘how much is a CD’, ‘that was really good’, and the recurring ‘the singer looks like Freddy Mercury’.
Combining the fun energy of blink-182, the bite of the Sex Pistols, and the consciousness of The Clash, the band is playing one final show this year after a successful and lucrative(for a part time band playing originals only) run of shows across Hertfordshire and London, to celebrate 3 years together.
Supporting the band, are fellow scene mates and actual mates:
Lullaby Riot, are to punk as to what Stewart Lee is to comedy, a complete original…a one off, that need to be seen to be truly appreciated. Your favourite punk band’s favourite punk band.
Mel Quinn, a solo pop rock star that chronicles her life through her quirky and humorous songs, her life’s adventures will make you cry and laugh.
‘thank God it was all original and good music, had enough of cover bands’
