NBL1 Round 13: Norwood Flames Vs West Adelaide Bearcats

NBL1 Central Round 13 tees off with the Norwood Flames vs the West Adelaide Bearcats.

The Paradise Hotel Norwood Flames Women are in for a tough matchup against the Bearcats who have been dominant all season long. Led by star big Cali Clark the women have gone toe-to-toe against every challenge this season and are looking to notch another big win.

The Bearcats, led by Morgan Yaeger have been the best team in the league on both ends, boasting an impressive offence which tops the league by a wide margin. Slowing down this dominant force will be a big test but one the Flames are up for!

For the South Ave Norwood Flames Men, West Adelaide have been turning a corner in recent games and looking to try and push themselves into the mid-table and Finals contention late in the season. Led by Thomas Kurowski the Norwood Flames are trying to hold them at bay and get an important win for their own Finals goals.

The Bearcats 3-headed attack of Braelen Bridges, De'Sean Parsons and Nikolas DeSantis are avergaing a combined 52ppg for West. Slowing down those 3 will be key for the Flames. Defensively for West they need to slow down Kurowski as he's averging 20ppg on the year and try to slow down the 3-point shooters from Norwood.
