Join Carla and Priscilla for an experiential workshop exploring self-hypnosis as a practical tool for personal transformation. Designed for those who value both spiritual insight and real-world results, this program bridges the wisdom of the higher self with the science of the mind to form new habits, eliminate self-sabotage, and empower confident decisions.

We focus on the power within us, the perfection of our inner, eternal beings, and our connection to Source, because when we know how our own minds work, we can leverage our relationship with a Higher Mind to begin creating real life changes that benefit our soul’s purpose.

There will be opportunities for each participant to craft a “script” customized for their intentions and desired outcome with feedback from the instructors. The workshop will finish with a group hypnosis, so everyone becomes familiar with what the state of hypnosis feels like and gains confidence to take the practice into their own daily lives.

The workshop recording and class notes will be available after the session to all who attend.

About Carla and Priscilla:

Carla Blaha is a third generation Psychic Medium following in the footsteps of her mother and grandmother who were unable to publicly share this healing skill. She had her first experience at 4 years old and now works as a full-time Evidential Medium, Teacher & Intuitive Coach.
