Leadership LC - Cohort 4

Leasor Crass is excited to bring to you the opportunity to join Leadership LC (Cohort 4)! 

This three-day seminar is spread throughout the year for Board Presidents and Superintendents to gain insight into their specific roles amongst a small cohort limited annually to 15 districts. The three training days begin at 9 a.m. and end at 3 p.m. at the beautiful Fort Worth Club located in the heart of the city. A delicious breakfast and lunch will be provided.

The dates are:

November 11, 2026
January 13, 2027
March 24, 2027

The cost of the three-day seminar for both the Superintendent and Board President is:

$2,000.00 for districts with more than 10,000 students; 
$1,500.00 for districts with 1,000 students to 9,999 students; and 
$1,000.00 for less than 1,000 students. 

For an additional $500.00 an additional board member may attend all three sessions to ensure the continued growth of leadership on the Board.
