On Wednesday 29th July, the stunning Balmoral Hotel, Belfast, will become the ultimate stage for culinary excellence as three exceptional chefs go head-to-head in a battle for glory. 

Our esteemed judging panel, featuring Chef Danni Barry, Chef James Southern, and acclaimed food critic Joris Minne, will have the challenging task of deciding who claims the coveted title of Ireland’s Next Top Chef 2026.
