Ascent Valley brings together Chicago founders, investors, operators, and builders for a structured evening of themed conversations and live startup pitches — grouped by professional background, not random seating.
How the evening runs:
Stage 1 — Themed Networking. You vote on the night's topic at registration: Fundraising, GTM, Product, Pricing, HR, or Hiring. Groups form by background. Each group's representative shares their key takeaway on stage. Top contributors earn a Featured Founder spotlight on ascentvalley.com.
Stage 2 — Startup Pitches. Five curated founders take the stage live in front of investors and operators. Each receives direct feedback and investor introductions. After the event, they enter the Ascent Valley private founder database and get routed to the right investors.
Stage 3 — Open Networking. The structure wraps. The bar stays open. Most repeat attendees say this is where the real value lands.
