Advance your ability to teach vinyasa or to explore the physicality of your own practice while learning how to help your students or yourself to go deeper. We'll explore the anatomy of peak poses and the asana leading up to those poses as we show how to build, grow, and offer hands-on adjustments in a safe and supportive environment.
Not only will you get to practice giving assists, you'll receive them as well so you know how it feels in your own body.
