This 1-day workshop is an introduction to gel printing, a monoprint method that combines acrylic painting and print media in creative ways. Several methods will be explored, including stenciling/masking, transferring charcoal and pastel drawings, and photocopy image transfer. You will create a small series of unique prints by the end of this workshop, and gain useful knowledge for gel printing at home. This workshop is perfect for beginners or experienced artists. Materials provided with class fee.
Please note that masks are optional in the studio.You may still be asked to wear a mask while using certain materials for your own safety. Please stay home or wear a tightly fitted N95 mask if you feel like you may have some symptons of illness.
inPrint is located at 58 Wade Ave, Unit 8a. The closest subway station is Lansdowne Station, with available paid parking on the east side of the station. At this time, inPrint's studio is not mobility-friendly.
REFUND POLICY: Refunds available up to 48 hours prior to class start. We will also refund day of ONLY in the case of illness (honour system, thanks!), but you must tell us same day with an email prior to the start of class. We will also refund in the case of our own cancelations. No refunds or credits if you no-show without notice indicated here. Missed classes in multi-day courses do not qualify for discounts/refunds.
