Flo Fest is a pilates and wellness festival built around four things: move, breath, sound, community. flow classes and open floors running all day ; pilates, yoga, and guided flows for every level, whether you've been practicing for years or you're borrowing a mat. breathwork and stillness under the open sky, for the reset your week has been asking for. 

Curated dj sets and sound baths that carry the day from warm-up to golden hour and a stadium full of people who came for the same reason you did.
