Join us for a special fundraising talk with acclaimed author and journalist Anna Pasternak, in support of children with special needs in Moldova.
We are delighted to host a fundraising talk with Anna Pasternak, acclaimed author, columnist and journalist. Coming from a remarkable family—her great-uncle was the Nobel Prize-winning novelist Boris Pasternak, and her great-grandfather the Impressionist painter Leonid Pasternak—Anna will share insights into her family history and her book Lara, which reveals the real-life muse behind Doctor Zhivago.
6:00 pm – Arrival and book sale / 7:00 pm – Talk and Q&A/ Followed by book signing

Early Bird General Admission – Limited availability. Book early to secure the best price. Unreserved seating.
General Admission – Unreserved seating on a first come, first served basis.
Premium Ticket – Reserved seating in the best area of the venue, plus a complimentary pre-event drink from 6 pm.
Suggested donation: £5 — or give whatever you can. Every contribution helps us continue our work supporting children with special needs in rural Moldova. Any amount is greatly appreciated and makes a meaningful difference.
About Our Work
All proceeds will go towards St Gregory’s work with three grassroots charities in Moldova supporting children with special needs. St Gregory’s currently provides therapy and support for over 200 children and young people with autism, Down syndrome, rare diseases, and learning disabilities in Chișinău and across rural Moldova. Our support includes: speech and language therapy, professional training for specialists, food and hygiene parcels for families and support for events and social enterprises for young people with learning disabilities. With your support, we can continue to expand our reach and help more children and families in need.
